Terms of service
These terms describe the product as it works today. Have counsel review them before you rely on them in a contract.
The service
Proxxy Charm provides static residential proxy IP addresses. You receive our hostname, port, and a unique username and password. Connect using HTTPS CONNECT — no additional software required.
Accounts and billing
You need an account to buy a plan. Payment is handled by Stripe. Plans renew until you cancel. Canceling at period end keeps proxies working until the current period finishes. We assign IPs after payment confirms. If stock is short, a paid slot can wait until an IP is available.
Acceptable use
Use the service for lawful work. Do not use it to break into systems, send abuse, commit fraud, or violate a destination’s terms in a way that creates legal risk for us or other customers. We can suspend access if a payment fails or if we need to stop abuse.
Assignments and replacement
A static IP stays on your assignment until it is replaced or the subscription ends. We may replace an exit (for example if it is no longer valid). Your login stays the same; you must reconnect. We do not promise a particular uptime or success rate.
IP assignments
Your static IPs stay on your assignment until replaced or the subscription ends. All credentials you need are in the dashboard. No third-party accounts or credentials required.
